WE GO FOR THE TROPHY

 The Mass Communication department has show themselves as the worthy department to win the 2022 interdepartmental football match and carry the trophy with unbeaten game since Monday 10th of October 2022,  between Accountancy department and Mass Communication department 1:2

However, today Monday 17th of October 2022  which is the final between the department of Mass Communication and Computer Science and the department of Mass Comm. win the match with 1:0

Today as be the most happiest day for the student of the department and for  the HOD who is also the team manger by expressing his gratitude to all supporter's of team, in his statement, Mr. Salaudeen Abdullahi Ishola stated that "With a profound heartfelt sentiment of joy and gratitude, I appreciate everyone who in one way or the other make the just concluded Inter-Departmental soccer competition a collosal success to our great department.

Notably, many thanks to the team coach, our ever gallant players, medical team and all of you the fans. Kudos to you all. I pray may we continue to succeed in our endeavors."

We are Ready for the Cup

 The interdepartmental football competition that hold between Mass Communication and Computer Engenreeing. Today 14th of October 2022, the semi-final that hold between the two department, to known who will qualify for final, however the Mass communication prove themselves worthy of collecting the cup after scoring  a goal from the goal keeper after many attempt.

However, the match has be the toughest match for Mass Communication department after 3 three different goals which referee did not accept.

 Moreso, the manager of the team Mr. Salaudeen A.I as shows is gratitude to the players, Coach and the team supporters that the final which will hold of Monday 17th of October 2022,that Mass Communication owns the Cup.

Appeals hear case filed against Osu-un Governor Elected

 There’s a palpable tension in the political atmosphere in Osun State as the Supreme Court will today hear the appeal filed by former factional governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Prince Dotun Babayemi again the Osun State Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke.

The court is expected to give judgement after examining the rulings of both federal high court, Osogbo and Court of Appeals, Akure division.

Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel of Osogbo High court had in July this year ruled in favour of Adeleke while the Appeal court upheld the decision of the lower court.

Members of the All Progressives Congress loyal to Governor Adegboyega Oyetola are currently rooting for the case to favour Babayemi, while their counterparts in the Osun Progressives believe Adeleke should have the day.

In his reaction on Wednesday, Spokesperson to Adeleke, Mallam Olawale Rasheed said there is no tension in their camp as they believe the apex Court will uphold the decision of the lower courts.

The Polytechnic Iresi interdepartmental football match that hold at NUD Primary School Iresi on 12th of October 2022 between the department of Mass Communication and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, when Mass Comm. give back to back of 5:0 to Elect- Elect with the Slogan of "Electricity as electrocute the electricians" "Ina ti gbe awon onise Ina monamona."

However, the HOD of the department Mr. Salaudeen Abdullahi as made it known that "His God since 2018, when the department came 3rd, and now leaving group stage unbeaten" it was made clearly known that Mass Communication team B player lash them 5:0 by spelling of ELECT for them.
